You will be responsible for engaging with our global Sales and Marketing teams to create effective and scalable programs that will drive, empower and evaluate the field in the areas of sales competency, selling strategy and the effectiveness of selling INNOSIA’s solutions.

You as the Worldwide Sales Enablement Manager will have an understanding of go-to-market execution, demand marketing, enterprise software sales, field readiness, and channel / alliance strategy. The ability to work with a virtual team is a requirement. This position can be located anywhere in the world or our corporate headquarter in Hamburg / Germany.
